Seeing that many charities and organisations that support Brisbane’s homeless were shutting down operations due to the COVDI-19 health scare, Small Business Vision decided to do our bit by providing some home-cooked meals to some of our city’s most needy. Not only did we distribute many hot servings of my wife, Mae’s, famous fried rice with a boiled egg for extra protein, but we also handed out blankets, toiletries, bottles water and female sanitary items. Some of the recipients included an Indigenous Elder, some youth on the streets and a homeless Maori man who got two servings!
